Brick seal

When the ground level is above the top of the foundation it may be
necessary to seal the top of the foundation along with the brick
that is below ground.

This is done by exposing the top of the foundation, preparing the
wall, and applying a professional grade sealer.

This sealer has a great aesthetic appearance along with superior
waterproofing qualities.

Remember this can also be done as preventive maintenance.
